Training Administrator (Ref: JO2375)

£14.60 per hour

Working within the Learning & Development function you will support by delivering training needs across the business working with internal and external stakeholders ensuring training requirements are met.

You will assist the People Development and Talent Partner by booking training course and updating online records.

This is a part-time position; hours of work can be either 16.5hrs or 21.5hrs per week. Our client is open to being flexible, however Monday is their induction day, so this is a non-negotiable working day.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous Learning and Development experience essential
  • Minimum of 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade 4 or above to include English, Mathematics and a technical/science related subject
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good stakeholder management with strong communication skills
  • Confidence using in-house systems or readiness to learn (Oracle)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge and experience
  • Good written and oral communication skills
